PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) is strengthening the national gold industry ecosystem through a partnership with PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara (DTN), PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR), and PT Emas Murni Abadi (EMA).

This collaboration supports the Indonesian government's mineral downstreaming program while also reinforcing the domestic precious metals supply chain.

The partnership includes gold refining activities in the country as well as the distribution of precious metals sourced from domestic mining production to downstream industry sectors.

Under this collaboration, gold produced by PT Agincourt Resources will be refined at PT Emas Murni Abadi’s facility in Bandung. Subsequently, the refined precious metals will be distributed to the national market by HRTA.

PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk’s President Director, Sandra Sunanto, said that all parties involved are committed to implementing responsible practices in the gold supply chain."All parties are committed to implementing responsible gold supply chain practices through due diligence, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, as well as compliance with applicable regulations, to ensure a transparent, ethical, and accountable process," said Sandra.

For each party, this collaboration provides strategic added value. PTAR gains access to efficient domestic refining facilities, while EMA further strengthens its position as a national refinery with high standards.On the other hand, DTN plays a role in optimizing the metal supply chain, while HRTA secures a steady supply of raw materials to support production and the expansion of the precious metals market domestically.

This cooperation is formalized in four main documents: a memorandum of understanding for buying and selling precious metals between DTN and HRTA, a memorandum of understanding for refining services between DTN and EMA, a refining services agreement between PTAR and EMA, and a precious metals sales agreement between PTAR and HRTA.

All of these documents were signed by the parties in Bandung on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
