JAKARTA - PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), a major player in the integrated jewelry and gold bullion (Billion) industry in Indonesia, announced strategic cooperation with PT Pegadaian, the first company in Indonesia to pioneer and obtain permission to carry out Bullion business activities from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This collaboration aims to support the development of the gold ecosystem in Indonesia to increase Indonesia's literacy in gold investment.
Bullion's business activities are an important initiative from the Government of Indonesia in increasing gold reserves and increasing downstreaming, so as to be able to create a gold trading system that allows gold transactions to be safer, more affordable and efficient.
Through this collaboration, PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) and PT Pegadaian will contribute to ensuring the availability of Bullion with high standard quality to support industrial needs and gold investment, as well as educating the public about gold investment and encouraging greater inclusion in the gold-based financial ecosystem.
President Director of PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), Sandra Sunanto, expressed enthusiasm to cooperate with PT Pegadaian in supporting the gold ecosystem.

"This strategic step will have a positive impact on the national gold industry and strengthen Indonesia's role as one of the largest gold markets in the world. Currently, we have a big vision with the bullion EMASKU product to become an important key player in the gold ecosystem in Indonesia," Sandra said, in a written statement, Tuesday, January 14.

EMASKU Products are a strategic solution in meeting PT Pegadaian's needs for high-quality bullion, as well as supporting the growth of bullion purchases in Indonesia. EMASKUUS offers competitive gold purchase prices with lower spreads, with the aim that buyers will get maximum profits.
EMASKU Products are currently the only bullion that has received a Recommendation for Sharia Compliance from MUI where the production standards are in accordance with Sharia principles, namely using appropriate raw materials, appropriate gold grammar, and a purity level that is in accordance with the provisions, which is 99.99 percent.
EMASKU Products are produced with quality processes and materials in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Testing of level purity with high accuracy is carried out through testing the Inductively Coupled Plasma method in accordance with the SNI (SNI) standard 8880:2020, resulting in a guarantee of EMASKU purity, namely pure 99.99 percent.
Together with its subsidiary, PT Emas Murni Abadi (EMA) as the melter assister, every EMASKU product is confirmed to pass the quality control that is in accordance with the procedure so as to guarantee customers the quality of the product.
