PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk (BBMI) on October 24, 2025. This collaboration includes the provision and delivery of EMASKU branded gold bars with a purity of 99.99% for Bank Muamalat customers. HRTA Corporate Secretary Ong Deny described this move as an effort to expand the precious metals market while strengthening the operational performance of both companies without any affiliation or conflict of interest in accordance with capital market regulations.

In the first half of 2025, HRTA recorded excellent financial performance with revenues reaching IDR 15.05 trillion, an increase of 82.6% compared to the same period last year. Net profit also surged 69.5% to Rp348.9 billion, driven by the realization of gold bar sales worth Rp13.7 trillion. The synergy with Bank Muamalat is expected to be a new catalyst in strengthening HRTA's position as a major player in the national precious metals industry based on sharia principles.
