PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) signed a cooperation agreement for the supply and delivery of gold bars for customers of PT Bank BCA Syariah.
HRTA Corporate Secretary Ong Deny said that the company and PT Bank BCA Syariah have entered into a cooperation agreement regarding the purchase of EMASKU gold bars on November 18, 2025. This cooperation includes the purchase of EMASKU gold bars with a purity of 99.99 percent.
The purpose of this cooperation is to develop the business activities of each party," he said in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (11/21/2025).
According to him, this cooperation is expected to strengthen the position in the precious metals market and encourage improved operational performance.
Furthermore, Ong Deny said that there is no affiliation or conflict of interest between the transacting parties based on the applicable laws and regulations in the capital market.
Therefore, the execution of this transaction is not an affiliate transaction and does not involve a conflict of interest as referred to in POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions," he said.
