EmitenNews.com - Hartadinata Abadi (HRTA) executed a gold export cooperation worth USD 300 million. That is equivalent to IDR 4.5 trillion assuming the Bank Indonesia exchange rate is IDR 15 thousand per United States dollar (USD). The cooperation agreement was validated on 28 February 2023.

The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MuO) for the export of gold jewelry with Kundan Care Product Ltd. "The transaction value is USD 25-31 million per month with a duration of one year," wrote Sandra Sunanto, Main Director of Hartadinata Abadi.

The transaction value exceeds 20 percent of the company's equity, and is included in the material category. However, based on POJK number 17/POJK.04/2020 article 13 paragraph 1, the company is not required to comply with the provisions referred to in article 6 paragraph 1. The reason is that these actions are carried out to generate operating income, and are carried out routinely.

The transaction did not have a material impact on the company. Both from operational activities, law, financial conditions, or the business continuity of the issuer as a public company. "On the other hand, the transaction has a positive impact on the company's production and sales performance," he added.
