Good Corporate Government

An Indonesian citizen age 62 years old. She started her career as a secretary of management department (1991-1994) until she served as chairman of the Faculty of Economy Senate  (2014 – Present). She has experiences as an Independent Commissioner and  Chairman of the Audit Committee in PT. Indomobil Multi Jasa. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in economy from Parahiangan Catholic University in 1982 and Masters in management from Padjajaran University in 1997. She was appointed as the Company Chairman of the Audit Committee on June 24, 2022.
