About the role

  1. Creating content relevant to the products sold by the company on the company's TikTok platform.
  2. Managing the content calendar schedule.
  3. Publishing content that can build engagement with consumers.
  4. Identifying consumer or audience needs and providing topic recommendations to fulfill those needs.
  5. Creating storylines and mood boards for content production by the design and multimedia team.
  6. Acting as a communication facilitator between the company and the audience, including responding to comments, chats, and Q&A.
  7. Creating periodic reports (monitoring and evaluation) for the content that has been posted.
  8. Providing recommendations for optimizing the company's use of the TikTok platform.

Requirements

  1. Female.
  2. Maximum 30 years old.
  3. Minimum education Diploma Degree (D3) (open to all majors), with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  4. Willing to become a talent for relevant content.
  5. Creative, possessing a good sense of humor, and confident in front of the camera.
  6. Has good communication, time management, and coordination skills.
  7. Quick to adapt to rapid changes.
  8. Able to create content that can be produced live using a mobile phone (iOS preferred).
  9. Understanding and mastering trends, algorithms, music, and the use of tools and features available on TikTok.
  10. Possesses captivating copywriting skills.
  11. Has an interest in fashion-focused design that will contribute to content production.
