About the role

1. Conducting necessary socialization and training, particularly regarding occupational health and safety (K3) aspects.
2. Inspecting and supervising the working conditions and activities within the company related to occupational health and safety aspects.
3. Providing first aid in the event of work-related accidents (P3K), as well as conducting investigations and creating reports on workplace accidents.
4. Identifying and developing procedures for handling hazards.
5. Responsible for the standards of specific work permits and the fitness of work equipment.
6. Creating periodic occupational health and safety (K3) reports (daily, monthly, annually).

Requirements

1. Male.
2. Maximum 30 years old.
3. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
4. Holds a General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U) Certificate and Training from the Ministry of Manpower.
5. Deep understanding of Occupational Health and Safety principles in office and manufacturing environments.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive attitude.
7. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
